HOPE – JOY – CONNECTION
Therapy for Women in Portland, Oregon
Emotions Overwhelm You
It’s only 7 AM. Emotions are running your life.
Fear. Fast heartbeat. Stomach in knots.
Worry is your constant companion. What will the day bring?
Feeling depressed and hopeless, everything looks covered in a veil of ‘what-ifs.’
You’re Wondering If There Is Hope
In the midst of these feelings, it can feel like there is no way out or like the feelings you are having will last forever.
Life can drag on feeling dreary, hopeless, and painful.
You might even think, “What is wrong with me?”
Creating a Meaningful Life
It’s not you—it’s your “emotion mind” playing tricks on you.
We all have an “emotion mind.” And, there is definitely hope for you.
Armed with the right tools, you can overcome fear and sadness, have more meaningful relationships, and create the life you want.

Meet Megan
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Portland, Oregon, I love helping women overwhelmed by anxiety and depression learn skills that reduce their symptoms and lead to lasting relief. Fear, tension, hopelessness, self-doubt, chaotic relationships, or life stressors. Whether you struggle with one or all of those problems, I’m interested in helping you!
Having been in therapy myself, I know how difficult and scary it can be to make that first call. When you call, you can expect a warm, knowledgeable therapist who can make you laugh and teach you valuable skills that will last a lifetime.
The work I have done with clients has helped some experience relief from crippling depression or anxiety. Others have been able to have more rewarding relationships or created more positive habits. Still, others have come to know their true worth.
Whatever your journey involves, it is an honor to support you on it. I look forward to helping you create the life you want.
You Know You’re Ready for Therapy If:

You’ve tried to make things better, but that hasn’t provided lasting relief.
You’re motivated to do the hard work of counseling.
You have the resources of time, money, and energy to invest in your growth and happiness.
